About Me

I'm a 21 year-old, South African, Frontend Software Engineer with a strong passion for developing websites with great user experiences. I currently work as a Software and Support Engineer at a Telecommunications company.

I studied Mechanical Engineering and Computer Engineering at the University of Kwa-Zulu-Natal. I dropped out of Computer Engineering to persue my passion in programming and fell in love with Web Dev. My goal as a Frontend Engineer is to create high performant, interactive websites that are extremely unique. I've linked some of my socials and my resume below.

My Work

Roast Labs Cafe

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP

This is one of my largest solo projects for an actual restaurant. The restaurants name is O Roast Lab. This is a responsive website that just previews the coffee shop. The website is still under construction.I used PHP for the mail system. All that is left to do is to meet with the client a few more times in order to fill in some information but other than that the website is more or less complete.

Movie Website (API's)

HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

My main focus in this website was to test my ability to hit API's. I did not spend too much of time worrying about the CSS or animations. This was mainly to showcase and practice my ability to build websites based purely around API's.

Library App

The library webpage is an aesthetic, responsive webpage consisting of mainly HTML5 and CSS3 code and mimicks an e-commerce website. This webpage concentrates mainly on my CSS skills and consists of some decent hover animations.
